1).The power heads of the two sides' drilling machines move vertically along the Y-axis; the drilling head is horizontally and vertically positioned on the column along the X and Z axes, while the workpiece remains stationary.

2). There is no need to mark lines or punch holes on the workpiece. The main spindle of the drilling head automatically moves to the position where the hole needs to be drilled, approaches the workpiece quickly, then automatically switches to the working speed for feed. After the workpiece is drilled through, the drill bit automatically retreats beyond the workpiece plane and then moves rapidly to the next drilling position.

3). Regardless of the number of holes on the workpiece, the entire processing process is carried out automatically. 5). The workpiece is clamped on the worktable by hydraulic clamps. Each workpiece is clamped by at least three clamps.

6). Each clamp has a positioning surface. These positioning surfaces connect the workpiece and the numerical control coordinate origin of the machine. The position of the clamp can be adjusted along the precise T-slot of the worktable according to the shape and size of the workpiece, to make the clamping position most advantageous.

7). The coolant spray pipe is flexible and can directly spray to the drilling position. Or the coolant is discharged from the drill bit and sprayed from the inside of the workpiece, with better cooling effect. The side guards around the worktable effectively prevent iron filings and coolant from flying outwards. The air nozzle can blow away the iron filings on the workpiece surface according to requirements before drilling.

8). In the main spindle hole of the drilling machine, there is a quick-change drill chuck equipped with 2#, 3#, and 4# mode taper holes. The drill sleeve can be quickly installed on this chuck or removed, so when there are several diameters of holes on one workpiece, changing the drill bit does not take much time.

9). The large amount of iron filings generated during drilling fall into the coolant box on the worktable and then are lifted by the chain of the chip remover and fall into the chip basket. The basket has wheels and can be tilted, making it convenient for the removal of iron filings.

10). The coolant flows into the coolant box at the lower part of the chip remover and then is transported by the coolant pump to the nozzles for circulation.

11). At both ends of the drilling machine, there are compressed air nozzles used to blow away the chips on the support plate and clamps, ensuring the correct installation position of the workpiece. The chips on the inclined surface of the base can also be blown onto the chain of the chip remover by the nozzle.

12). At both ends of the drilling machine, there are emergency stop buttons.
