The two side rollers perform linear up-and-down movement corresponding to the upper roller, which is hydraulically controlled, with digital displacement display, which is conducive to controlling the profile forming process. There are CNC idler rollers and distortion correction devices on both sides, which are beneficial for ensuring the bending quality of asymmetric cross-section profiles and forming double-curved surface workpieces.
