3.Characters for H beam assembly machine:

3.1 High degree of automation: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or Mitsubishi PLC from Japan can be used for integrated control, enabling fully automatic operation of processes such as clamping, centering, positioning, spot welding, and flipping, significantly enhancing efficiency.

3.2 Hydraulic + Mechanical Synchronization Alignment System: Through hydraulic drive in conjunction with mechanical structures such as gear racks, screw pairs, and sprockets, the wing plate and the web plate can achieve bidirectional synchronous clamping and alignment, ensuring precise positioning and reducing the need for manual adjustments.

3.3 Supports various cross-sectional types, can be assembled into uniform cross-section and variable cross-section H-shaped steel, and some models support T-shaped steel, meeting different engineering requirements.

3.4 Welding Quality Assurance: Equip with cleaning rollers to remove dust at the connection points; Use carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, with a welding gun equipped with an arc tracking device to enhance the quality of the weld seam.

3.5 Variable-frequency stepless speed control. The assembly speed can be freely adjusted within the range of ‌0.5–6 m/min‌, meeting the production rhythm requirements for different specifications of workpieces.

3.6 High structural strength and good stability. The main components are welded structures, which have undergone stress relief treatment and are not prone to deformation; the guiding system mostly adopts four guide rails or three-dimensional positioning, ensuring smooth operation.

3.7 Safety and Maintenance Convenience: The hydraulic system is equipped with a fine filter to ensure the long-term reliability of the solenoid valves; the oil pump motor is started without load to avoid frequent start-stop operations; centralized electrical control operation for safety and convenience.
