The laser cutting machine focuses the laser beam emitted from the laser source through the optical path system into a high-power-density laser beam. This laser beam is directed onto the surface of the workpiece, causing it to reach the melting point or boiling point. At the same time, the high-pressure gas coaxial with the laser beam blows away the molten or vaporized metal. As the relative position of the laser beam and the workpiece moves, the material forms a cutting seam, achieving the purpose of cutting. Laser cutting processing replaces the traditional mechanical knife with an invisible beam, featuring high precision, rapid cutting, no limitation on cutting pattern restrictions, automatic layout to save materials, smooth cuts, low processing costs, etc. It will gradually improve or replace traditional metal cutting equipment.
