3.Characters for Gantry CNC plasma cutting machine:
3.1 The cutting speed is very fast, reaching 3500–6000 mm/min. When cutting thin plates (such as carbon steel less than 6mm thick), the efficiency is 5–6 times that of traditional oxyacetylene flame cutting.
3.2 Wide range of applicable materials, capable of cutting all conductive metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel, etc. It is particularly adept at processing non-ferrous metals, compensating for the deficiency of flame cutting which cannot cut non-ferrous metals.
3.3 High Cutting Precision:
The precise plasma cutting can achieve an accuracy of ±0.2mm, with the cutting gap ranging from 0.65 to 0.75mm, approaching the level of laser cutting.
3.4 High level of automation, equipped with CNC system, automatic height adjustment (arc pressure or capacitive type), multi-gas torch configuration, CAD/CAM sheet layout optimization functions, capable of automatically cutting complex graphics
3.5 Low operating costs. Compared to flame cutting, no gas is required. Mainly using compressed air or inert gases, it offers better economic efficiency in the long run.
3.6 Excellent environmental performance. Supports underwater cutting. Can effectively reduce noise, dust, harmful gases and arc light pollution.
3.7 Low thermal deformation, concentrated cutting area, small heat affected zone, especially suitable for thin plate processing, with controllable deformation.
