1.1 This equipment mainly using robot special rail (1 set), slide (1 set), 6 axis welding robot and its control system (1 set), welding power supply (1 set), clear gun station (1 set), welding torch (1 set), etc.

1.2 The ground rail support is 12 meters long and one ground rail is welded. For the workpiece of more than 12 meters and less than 25 meters, two robots are used to conduct regional welding, which can greatly improve the welding efficiency.

1.3 The welding robot in the workstation adopts the formal installation mode, cooperating with the servo motor to drive the slide platform to complete the welding of the workpiece. The equipment is equipped with three fault alarm instructions: red (equipment alarm or fault), yellow (equipment pause) and green (equipment is running),  and  is  installed  in  the  obvious  position  of  the  equipment.  The  operator  can  know  the  current system  status.

1.4 The  equipment  is  equipped  with  emergency  stop  switch  in  many  places,  which  can immediately  stop  any  work  of  the  equipment  in  emergency.  The  equipment  is  provided  with  a  safety grounding system.
