1.1 Dual-station & Independent Operation Capacity

1.1.1 The abrasive belt station first eliminates large burrs (e.g., slag particles) on workpiece surface; 4 sets of universal sand roller brushes (with adjacent ones rotating forward and backward) remove burrs on workpiece edges and inner holes, and form uniform R angles (adjustable via process and abrasive belt selection).

1.1.2 Pass-through processing ensures no damage to workpiece dimensional accuracy.

3.1 This equipment is a combination model of dry sanding belt and universal sanding roller brush. The workpiece is fixed by vacuum adsorption, and the belt is conveyed and fed.

3.2 The two groups of grinding stations can be combined or used separately according to processing requirements, and each grinding head is controlled by an independent electronic control system. The belt head station can be used alone to realize the functions of drawing, polishing, removing slag, and descaling on the surface of flat plate parts.
