The working principle of the flattening machine is mainly based on the theory of elastic deformation. When the metal material passes through the flattening roller group, the upper and lower rollers apply pressure to the material, causing it to undergo local plastic deformation. By precisely controlling the roller gap, the number of rollers, and their arrangement (such as quadripartite, hexa-partite, multi-roller, etc.), the residual stress within the material can be gradually eliminated, ultimately achieving flatness. Mechanical flattening machine: Driven by an electric motor through gear or chain transmission, the roller gap is adjusted, suitable for thin plate flattening, with a simple structure but lower precision.

Hydraulic flattening machine: Utilizing a hydraulic system to provide pressure, the roller gap can be adjusted more precisely, capable of handling medium-thick plates, with stable pressure, suitable for high precision requirements.

Electric-hydraulic flattening machine: Combining electric control and hydraulic transmission, it realizes automated operation, such as parameter presetting, pressure closed-loop control, etc., is the mainstream type of modern flattening machines.

3.Characteristics for Plate leveling machine

3.1 Leveling machine is composed by work rollers, pressing beams, upper and lower position adjustment structure, machine frame, transmission system, etc.

3.2 6 upper rollers installed on the lifting beam,7 lower rollers fixed on the steel base. Upper and lower rollers are supported by short support rollers.

3.3 The amount of movement of pressing beam where the upper rollers are installed on is controlled by the motor. Inlet and outlet can be inclined adjusted.

3.4 Rolling bearings are adopted in the leveling rollers and the support rollers.

3.5 Torque of upper and lower leveling rollers are directly transmitted by motor and planetary reducer separately
