3.1. The correction wheels are made of solid bearing steel. After high-frequency heat treatment and grinding, they are then plated with hard chromium. After being corrected by this machine, they are smooth, flat, and free of scratches, without damaging the material surface.
3.2. This machine can be used independently, and can also be used in conjunction with the MT and MTD automatic feeding frames. The effect is excellent.
3.3. This machine uses large air cylinders for pressure application. The correction adjustment is achieved through synchronous worm gears and worm wheels. When the handle rotates one full circle, the correction upper wheel only descends by 1mm, allowing for fine adjustments.
3.4. The high rigidity mechanical structure and high power output enable high-speed and stable feeding, improving production efficiency and extending the service life of the equipment.
