1.Introduction for H beam Chain turnover machine:
1.1)The flipping tires work on turning products in 360 degree so as to adjust the position of the product.The equipment structure is like upside-down gantry type. It has four reducer to control the product piece and very convenient to apply when flipping.
1.2)The flipping tires are consist of swing arm, pillar and reset device, electric control and operating system. It also includes four standing columns attached with driving mechanism on each top. The brake motor controls the cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the sprockets.
1.3)The chain wheel is equipped with two pulley, the pulley installed on the swing arm.On the role of the pulley is change the movement direction of the chain and chain extension. There is a guide wheel close to the bottom of the chain wheel , that use for increasing the angle on the sprocket chain.

3.1 Designed to accommodate large, long-shaped workpieces, this equipment is specifically tailored for H-beam and other extremely long and heavy workpieces. The maximum cross-sectional size it can handle can reach 3800×3800mm, and the length range is typically between 7000 and 14000mm, with a maximum load capacity of up to 15000Kg.
3.2 Achieving Full-Angle Flexible Rotation: Utilizing a chain drive mechanism, the workpiece can be rotated at any angle within a 360° range. By adjusting the direction of the motor drive, the two supporting chains can move synchronously, thereby enabling the workpiece to complete the rotation action. This feature enables the longitudinal weld seam of the workpiece to be quickly repositioned to the flat welding position, significantly reducing the labor intensity of the workers and ensuring the weld quality.
3.3 Equipped with lifting and stabilization control functions, the equipment not only can be flipped but also can lift and lower the workpiece. For extremely long workpieces, a head-tail frame synchronous flipping machine design can be adopted. Through multiple flipping power frame units connected in series linearly and synchronously rotating with the driven frame unit, it effectively avoids the shaking of the workpiece during the flipping process, ensuring the stability and safety of the welding process.
3.4. Drive and Control Method: The drive system typically employs a combination of "cone brake motor + cycloidal pinwheel reducer". The overall power of the machine can reach 9KW. The control method mainly relies on remote operation, which is convenient for safe control over long distances.
3.5. Structural Design Features: The typical structure consists of four columns, each of which has a swing arm at the top and is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The carrying chain is an open chain, which is wound around the columns and the sprockets of the swing arms. This design has certain limitations. Specifically, the larger the cross-sectional size of the workpiece, the longer the required carrying chain and the higher the height of the columns, which also increases the requirements for the equ
